MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, November 21, 2013, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING – THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2013 – 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order – Board of Canvassers. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Canvass 2013 Municipal Election. 4. Adjourn the Board of Canvassers – Call to Order the regular City Council Meeting. 5. Discussion/action on Minutes. 6. Review of Business Licenses: A&W Closeouts, 761 West 12th Street, Unit 1F, discount merchandise. 7. Discussion/action on 2014 meeting schedule. 8. Public hearing on Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to consider potential projects. 9. Discussion/action on Planning Commission recommendation for application for land use map amendment to Manufacturing at 1351 South 1900 West by Conrock. 10. Discussion/action on Planning Commission recommendation for preliminary and final approval for a Subdivision by the DeVries family for 19 lots at 1850 West 700 South. 11. Discussion/action on Petition for annexation of a Subdivision by the DeVries Family at 1850 West 700 South into the Pioneer Special Service District. 12. Discussion/action on Planning Commission Recommendation for Ordinance amending the General Plan and Zoning Ordinance relating to: a. Transportation Plan Element of the General Plan. b. Institutional and Technology in the General Plan designation on 400 North. c. Institutional and Technology Zoning Ordinance. 13. Discussion/action on the Christmas Party. 14. Officer report and legislative oversight. 15. Adjourn until December 19, 2013. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor and councilors, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about November 14, 2013. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda. BECKY L.
