The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of minutes of previous meetings 6. Presentation of bills for approval 7. At 6:10 conduct the following 2 public hearings: A. Receive public input and consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, for the purpose of possibly adopting an ordinance approving a request from Rees Roundy that property at 305 E 100 N and 190 N 300 E be rezoned from RA-1 to R-1-12 B. Receive public input and consider for approval the Preliminary Plat for the Steve Jenson Subdivision, consisting of 2 lots (1 addtional buliding lot) at 226 South 300 East 8. Review for approval the Final Plat for the Smith Subdivision at 111 South 450 East, containing a total of 3 lots (2 additional building lots) 9. Review with City Engineers JUB and Jones & Associates the scope of work that will be bid on for the construction of a million gallon reservoir and associated infrastructure 10. Select election judges for the primary and general elections 11. Review possible items to be declared as surplus property 12. Deparment reports 13. City Manager/Recorders report
