Description/Agenda: GUNNISON CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Public Hearing to receive public comment on proposed amendments to Section 1716 and Section 1717 related to Residential Facilities for Persons with a Disability and proposing new Sections related to Therapeutic Schools and Outdoor Youth Programs. The Gunnison City Council Public Hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. In compliance with the ADA, those citizens needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at 435-528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
