Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR TUESDAY, AUGUST 11, 2009 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will hold their regularly scheduled meeting in the Council Chambers at City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2009. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:45 p.m. for review of agenda items and to review a DVD from the Utah Risk Management Mutual Association (URMMA). PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: July 28, 2009 (1) ELECTION OF PLANNING COMMISSION CHAIR AND VICE-CHAIR PUBLIC REVIEW: (2) THE VILLAS AT HARMONY PLACE PHASES IA, 1B AND 3 - FINAL APPROVAL This property is located at 475 South 2200 West in an R-S PRUD (Residential Suburban Planned Residential Unit Development) zoning district. Phase IA consists of 14 lots on 3.445 acres. Phase 1B consists of 36 lots on 9.002 acres, and Phase 3 consists of 14 lots on 3.267 acres. The applicant for Phases IA and 3 is The Adams Company represented by Dave and Stuart Adams and the applicant for Phase 1B is Perry Homes represented by Jeff Taylor. (3) TUSCANY VILLAS PRUD - FINAL APPROVAL This 2.19 acre property is located at approximately 1200 East Gentile Street in an R-Ml PRUD (Low-Medium Density Residential Planned Residential Unit Development) zoning district. The proposal is for 40 units (three 12-plex buildings and one 4-plex building). The applicant is Brian Lamano. (4) SYS STORAGE & U-HAUL -- CONDITIONAL USE FOR TRUCK & TRAILER RENTAL This property is located at 1728 West Gordon Avenue in an M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing) zoning district. The applicant is Jason Larsen of SYS Storage & U-Haul. (5) OGDEN AUTO BODY, INC. - CONDITIONAL USE FOR TOWING SERVICES This property is located at 1365 North Main Street (Dave's Auto Service property) in a C-H (Commercial Highway) zoning district. The applicant is Ogden Auto Body, Inc.
