The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Opening ceremony 3. Approval of the agenda 4. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 5. Approval of disbursements 6. Citizen input 7. Peter Boyer-business license 8.Presentation by the sidewalk committee 9. Conduct the canvass of the 2013 muncipal election 10. Review for possible approval an Interlocal Agreement with Cache County for fire inspections 11. Consider for possible approval of participation in the South Cache Unplugged program 12. Consider cancelling or rescheduling the 1st Council meeting in January 2014, which is on January 1st 13. Continued discussion, with possible action by the Council as it relates to the recent wage & benefit study, including paid holidays, bonuses, annual sick leave earned, and the amount of sick leave that can be accumulated 14. Update on scheduled workshop with Division of Water Quality 15. Department reports 16. City Manager/Recorders report
