Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the City of Bluffdale Planning Commission on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, and before the Bluffdale City Council on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at the Bluffdale Fire Station, 14350 South 2200 West, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following:

A proposed amendment to the Falls at Boulden Ridge Phase 1 Subdivision (located at approximately 15000 S Castle Valley Dr) in order to reduce the trail easement, public utility easement, and rear setbacks for lots 122 through 134, and to adjust the property line between lot 134 and Parcel C. Scenic Development, Inc., Applicant.
These hearings are scheduled in connection with regularly scheduled meetings of the City of Bluffdale Planning Commission and City Council, which will begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. If you cannot attend, please feel free to provide comments in writing.
