NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a City Council Meeting Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) Public Comment 3) 7:00 p.m. Legislative Report ~ Senator Ralph Okerlund 4) 7:30 p.m. Discuss Opportunities for the City with the Economic Development Corporation of Utah ~ Jeff Edwards and Dennis Nordfelt 5) Proposed Approval of Equipment Purchase for Police Department ~ Chief Halliday 6) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2013-9, Amending Culinary Water Delinquency and Reconnection Fees 7) Utilization of Various Financial Institutions for Reserve Fund Investments 8) Proposed Approval of Bid for Weather Seal for Sidewalks 9) Discuss and Proposed Approval of the Use of $1,800 Utah Arts Council Grant Received for Design and Development of the Legacy Wall to be Paid to the Casino Star Theatre Foundation to Oversee the Grant and its Intended Use for this Public Art Project; and Proposed Approval of The Casino Star Theatre Foundation as a Partner in This Project that will serve to facilitate the development of Legacy Wall by enlisting Volunteers to participate in its creation and gather donations in time, material and money so this project can be finished by December 2014 10) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 11) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, September 18, 2013, Open Session, and City Council Meeting and Public Hearing Minutes for Wednesday, October 16, 2013, Open Session 12) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 13) Closed Session 14) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
