- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING July 28, 2009 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Council member Crowther Opening Ceremony – Council member Crowther CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a. Approval of agenda. b. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held July 14, 2009. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Discussion and/or approval of RFP for tow truck service – Nate Thompson. 2. Discussion and/or approval for the 2009 paint striping project – Gene Bingham. 3. Discussion and/or approval for memorial tree in Harrisville Park – Bill Morris. 4. Discussion and/or approval of Ordinance #410, An ordinance of the City of Harrisville, Utah, adopting the revised classifications and fee schedule to include new classifications; severability; and providing an effective date – Bill Morris. 5. Public Comments. 6. Mayor/Council Follow-up. 7. Closed executive session to discuss professional competence of individual – Mayor Hendrix. Adjournment
