- Nibley City CITY COUNCIL AGENDA and NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING Thursday, October 17, 2013 5:30 p.m. Mobile Workshop 6:30 p.m. City Council Meeting Nibley City Hall 455 West 3200 South Nibley, Utah 84321 Mobile Workshop: The City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, Staff and interested members of the public will participate in a mobile workshop and bicycle tour of various parts of the city, which will begin at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall. Call to Order 1. Approval of Minutes and Agenda 2. PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing to receive input regarding opening and amending the budgets for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 3. Discussion and consideration of Resolution 13-10: A Resolution Amending the Nibley City 2013-14 Budget - Mid-year Budget Review 4. Discussion and consideration of a contract to provide Sewer and Stormwater Master Planning Services 5. Consideration of a Request for Exception from the Public Sewer Connection Requirement Applicant: Tami and Derek Jones, 4204 S Hollow Road 6. Council and Staff Reports Adjourn into Executive Session 7. Discussion of Purchase of Real Property Pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-205 Adjourn to Public Session Adjourn Meeting NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING The Nibley City Council will hold a budget hearing on October 17, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S regarding opening and amending the budgets for Fiscal Year 2013-2014.
