- NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING The Nibley City Council will hold a budget hearing on October 17, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S regarding opening and amending the budgets for Fiscal Year 2013-2014.
