Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 10/09/2013. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

5. GREEN TEAM OF CARBON COUNTY- Authorization to approve funds for the Creekview Elementary School Recycling Program and 10 portable event containers for use at community events.
6. PRICE CANAL VEGETATION REMOVAL, #2S-2013. Remove weeds, brush and trees along the Price Wellington Canal banks within the fenced area from 200 West School District Offices to 1000 East flood gate. Bid results will be reported on with a recommendation to award.
7. PLANNING COMMISSION INTERIM APPOINTMENTS-Consideration and possible approval of the appointment of Todd Olsen and Nancy Bentley to the Price City Planning and Zoning Commission to fill vacancies with terms expiring 1-1-16.
8. RESOLUTION 2013-31. Consideration and possible approval of a resolution adopting the updated natural hazards: pre-disaster mitigation plan for the southeastern region of Utah as required by the federal disaster mitigation and cost reduction act of 2000.

11. BUSINESS LICENSES- Authorization to approve a business license for the following: Heritage Funeral Home Office at 248 So. Highway 55 and Mark H. Tanner Law Office at 248 So. Hwy 55 (sharing office space) and Willco Industrial & Construction Supply at 380 N. 700 E. (HOB).
12. EASEMENT-Consideration and possible approval of an easement along Westwood Blvd. at approximately 900 West from Price City to West River Hospitality, LLC. for roadway improvements, curb, gutter, sidewalk, parking, stormwater conveyance and landscaping as associated with hotel development adjacent to roadway.
13. JACKSON DENTAL-Stephanie Jackson, 230 North Fairgrounds Road, has completed all of the required public improvements and the one (1) year guarantee and is eligible for a full release of the Development Agreement and surety of $1,569.59.
14. CITY AUDIT-Authorization to approve an agreement with Smuin, Rich and Marsing for the financial audit ending June 30, 2013, and the Mayor to sign the agreement on behalf of the City.
15. PRICE RIVER TRAIL PARKING LOT OUTDOOR EXERCISE EQUIPMENT STATION PROJECT-Authorization for additional ZAP Tax funding of $6,000 for project. Total funding after increase: $12,000 grant, $31,000 ZAP.
16. PRICE RIVER TRAIL PARKING LOT OUTDOOR EXERCISE EQUIPMENT STATION PROJECT-Authorization to award project to Picture Perfect Playgrounds Inc. / LuckyDog Recreation for $41,014.85 without additional fabric canopy covers.
