- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION will conduct a public hearing as part of its regular meeting on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Takiko May for a conditional use for a 3 dog kennel at her home at 154 South 100 West.
