AGENDA Meeting Called to Order – Chairman John Stewart 1. Follow-up and Approval of Minutes dated September 12, 2013 2. Report from City Council 3. Discussion/Action – Re-Zone Application for Northern Utah Leasing – Parcel #15-004-0053 Located at 1357 North 2000 West from and A-1 Zone to a C-2 Zone – Parker Venable 4. Discussion/Action - Conditional Use Permit – Northern Utah Leasing located at 1357 North 2000 West – Parker Venable 5. Motion – Approval of Site Plan Approval for a Sign at Big Carpets located at 1968 North 2000 West – Carl Whiteley 6. Discussion – Detention Basin for Heritage West and Edgewood Estates 7. Report on Assignments 8. Adjournment A pre-meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Farr West City Hall. No decisions are made in the pre-meeting. The public may attend. The regular meeting will begin immediately following the pre-meeting. Further, the above agenda items are flexible and may be moved to accommodate the Planning Commission, so if you are interested in any item, plan to attend the entire meeting.
