PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers (south entrance), 86 E. 100 S., Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing to consider Site Plan approval for Auto Zone located at approx. 743 South State Street in the C-S (Commercial Sales) zone. STRING TOWN NEIGHBORHOOD Public Hearing to consider the request of HMH Rentals for a 4 lot Preliminary Plat called Valley Crest Plat L located at approx. 700 West 900 North in the R1-8 (Single Family Residential) zone. MUDHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD Public Hearing to consider the request of Mark Greenwood for a 16-lot Preliminary Plat called Walker Ridge Plat B located at approx. 400 North 1350 East in the R1-12 (Single Family Residential) zone. GROVE CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD Public Hearing to consider the request of Shannon and Alysha Jenkins for a Conditional Use Permit to construct an accessory building approx. 25’ in height located at approx. 3511 North 1590 West in RR (Rural Residential) zone. MANILA NEIGHBORHOOD Public Hearing to consider the request of Don Wadley for a Conditional Use Permit to grant a waiver of protest for street improvements for property located at 3659 North 900 West in the RR (Rural Residential) zone. MANILA NEIGHBORHOOD Public Hearing to consider the request of Leisure Villas to amend the City Code by adding Article K of Chapter 10-11, “Senior Housing Overlay”. Public Hearing to consider the request of Leisure Villas to apply the Senior Housing Overlay on 12.74 acres located at approx. 800 West 220 South in the Grove Zone. SAM WHITE’S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD Public Hearing to consider the request of Leisure Villas for a 2 lot Preliminary Plat called Strawberry Creek Villas located at approx. 220 South 800 West in the Grove Zone.
