- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION will conduct a public hearing as part of its regular meeting on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at the City office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Mtn. Valley Heating & Air for a conditional use to allow them to operate a Heating and Air business from property at 39 East Main. Said Property is in the C-2, Commercial zone.
