NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its City Council Meeting Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 12:00 Noon. 1) Public Comment 2) Discuss and Possible Approval of Class B&C Road Fund Projects and Expenditures for Current Budget and Future Plans for Road Maintenance 3) Review and Proposed Approval of Process to Calculate Fees for Culinary Water Use for Multiple Units, Sherwin and Ann Marie Broderick ~Council Member Donaldson 4) Consideration for and Adoption of a Parameters Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of not to Exceed $7,000,000 in Parity Water Revenue Bonds of Gunnison City, Sanpete County, Utah and Calling of a Public Hearing to Receive Input with Respect to the Issuance of such Bonds and any Potential Impact to the Private Sector from the Construction of the Project-Resolution 2013-8 5) Discuss and Possible Approval of Letter proposed from Division of Drinking Water, State of Utah. 6) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2013-7, Cancelling the 2013 Gunnison City Municipal General Elections 7) 12:30 p.m. Discuss Possible City Sewer Connection at Approximately 422 West Center, John Taylor ~ Council Member Pickett 8) Discussion of Possible Equipment Purchase – Purchase vs. Lease Option for City Backhoe ~ Council Member Pickett 9) Update on Pool ~Council Member Judy 10) Review Rural Summit and City-designated Enterprise Zones and possible economic benefit for City and Local Businesses 11) Discuss Community Development and Economic Outlook for Gunnison City and possible actions that could enhance opportunities for the City 12) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 13) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, August 28, 2013 Open and Closed Sessions 14) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 15) Closed Session 16) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
