NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2009-9 -- A Resolution Approving the Adoption by the Local Building Authority of Gunnison City, Utah of a Parameters Resolution Authorizing not more than $1,700,000 Lease Revenue Bonds for the Purpose of Constructing a New City Hall and Related Matters. 2) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2009-10 -- A Resolution Approving the Adoption by the Local Building Authority of Gunnison City, Utah of a Parameters Resolution Authorizing not more than $800,000 Taxable Lease Revenue Bonds for the Purpose of Constructing a New Fire Station and Related Matters. 3) Local Building Authority Business A. Proposed Approval of LBA Resolution 2009-1 – A Resolution of the Local Building Authority of Gunnison City, Utah Calling a Public Hearing and Giving Notice of Intent to Issue not more than $1,700,000 of its Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2009 for the Construction of a New City Hall and Related Improvements; Fixing the Maximum Interest Rate, Maturity, and Discount of the Bonds; and Related Matters. B. Proposed Approval of LBA Resolution 2009-2 – A Resolution of the Local Building Authority of Gunnison City, Utah Calling a Public Hearing and Giving Notice of Intent to Issue not more than $800,000 of its Taxable Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2009B for the Construction of a New Fire Station and Related Improvements; Fixing the Maximum Interest Rate, Maturity, and Discount of the Bonds; and Related Matters. 4) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for June 17, 2009 5) Proposed Approval of a Gunnison Valley Volunteer Fire Department Interlocal Cooperation Agreement - For Fire Protection Services Agreement 6) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 7) Personnel 8) Bills and Adjustments 9) Closed Session 10)Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.
