MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, September 19, 2013, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING – THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2013 – 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Review of Business Licenses: a. How U Live Life, Inc., 1210 West 12th Street, sheds sales. b. Johns Auto Body/Repair & Salvage, 980 West 1700 South, auto recycling. c. Roylance Fence, Inc., 1755 West 1350 South, fence contractor. 4. Discussion/action on adopting the 2013-14 Capital Investments Plan. 5. Discussion on Utelite Lightweight Aggregate Chip Seal Product. 6. Election Update and Meet the Candidates Night – October 11, 2013, at 6:30 PM. 7. Reception: Thursday, October 3, 2013, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Gold Room at the State Capitol for the awarding of the “Utah Governor’s Business Friendly Community” designation to Marriott-Slaterville City. 8. Officer report and legislative oversight. 9. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor and councilors, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about September 19, 2013. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
