Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Enterprise City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter in the City Council Chambers at 375 South 200 East, Enterprise, UT. The Council will hear public comment on consideration of the Fourth Amendment to Intermountain Power Agency Organization Agreement and the Second Amendatory Power Sales Contract, and related matters. The Public is encouraged to attend.
