Sale of Irrigation Water Shares Hooper Water will no longer be leasing water shares. We want to sell all 50 shares we currently own. 49 are Hooper Irrigation and 1 is Wilson Irrigation. Sealed bids will be taken from October 1, 2013 to October 31, 2013 in the office located at 5555 W 5500 S. The bids will be opened at the Board meeting on November 12, 2013 at 6:30pm. The person bidding the highest will get shares first and so on until they are gone. Payment will be due by December 1, 2013. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with Hooper Irrigation or Wilson Irrigation to find out if the share is available to their location. Buyer is also responsible for $30 fee to produce the certificate from Hooper Irrigation or $25 fee from Wilson Irrigation. Hooper Irrigation shares will start at $5000 per share and the Wilson Irrigation share will start at $6000. Please bring your sealed bid to the office Mon thru Friday 8:00 until 4:30 pm.
