- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing as part of its regular meeting on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Ruben Constantino at 380 South Center for a conditional use for a Level 2 "Home Occupation" to build and repair fishing rods from said address.
