PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will hold their regularly scheduled meeting in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, SEPTEMBER 10, 2013. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:15 p.m. for review of agenda items.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: August 13, 2013
PUBLIC REVIEW:
1. FOOTHILLS AT CHERRY LANE PRUD — FINAL APPROVAL
This 5.50 acre property is located at approximately 2100 East Oakridge Drive in and R-1-10 PRUD (Single Family Residential Planned Residential Unit Development — 2.59 acres) zoning district and in an R-M1 PRUD (Low/Medium Density Residential Planned Residential Unit Development —2.91 acres) zoning district. The applicant and owner, Brighton Homes Utah, represented by Patrick Scott is proposing 28 units.
2. COTTAGES AT FAIRFIELD — FINAL APPROVAL
This 9.95 acre property is located at the northeast corner of Fairfield Road and Church Street in an R-1-6 (Single Family Residential Zoning District). The applicant, Ovation Homes, represented by Norm and Brad Frost, is proposing to develop 30 single family residential building lots.
3. THE VILLAS AT HARMONY PLACE PHASE 1C — FINAL APPROVAL
This 5.96 acre property is located at approximately 400 South 2500 West in an R-S PRUD (Residential Suburban Planned Resident Unit Development) zoning district. The applicant and owner, Perry Homes, represented by Jeff Taylor, is proposing 26 single family residential building lots.
