MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, July 16, 2009, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING – THURSDAY, JULY 16, 2009 – 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Approval of minutes. 3. Business licenses: a. Red Box, Top Stop, 1210 W 12th Street b. Red Box, Maverick 517 W 2000 W c. Lawn Care Specialist, 956 W 17th Street, Lawn Care 4. Guest Speaker: Weber County Sheriff. 5. Presentation on 400 North Reconstruction Project: J-U-B Engineers. 6. Public hearing on 400 North Reconstruction Project. 7. Discussion/action on public hearing. 8. Discussion/action on Ordinance allowing R.V. Storage in the A-1 zone, recommended for denial by the planning commission. 9. Discussion/action on Boyer BSA Warehouse (IRS) Subdivision 1135 West 12th Street. 10. Discussion/action on Ordinance approving amended plat for Advantage Drywall. 11. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 12. Adjourn until August 20, 2009. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner, and mailed to Weber County, Ogden, Harrisville, Farr West, West Haven, Plain City, Bona Vista Water District, and Central Weber Sewer District. The notice and agenda was also posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor and councilors, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about July 9, 2009. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on Pioneer Road, 3) America First at 12th & 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
