- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING July 14, 2009 Work Session to be held at 6:30 pm a. Discussion on goals. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Mayor Hendrix Opening Ceremony – Mayor Hendrix CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a. Approval of agenda. b. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held June 23, 2009. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Discussion and/or approval of Resolution #09-10, a resolution of Harrisville City, Utah, adopting the certified tax rate, tax year 2009 – Lynn Fortie. 2. Discussion and/or approval on preliminary and final for Thoroughbred Meadows Subdivision – Eric Thomas. 3. Discussion and/or approval on conditional and final acceptance for Dreams End Subdivision – Bill Morris and Gene Bingham. 4. Discussion and/or approval of Resolution #09-11, a resolution of Harrisville City, Utah, to establish the Harrisville Park Bowery use policy, and provide and effective date – Bill Morris. 5. Discussion on the park reconstruction – Gene Bingham. 6. Ogden Weber Chamber membership – Mayor Hendrix. 7. Public Comments. 8. Mayor Council Follow-up. Adjournment
