- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION will conduct a public hearing as part of its regular meeting on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider making a recommendation to the City Council, that the land use map and the City Code (including the zoning map) be amended to rezone property at 39 East Main (10-021-0002) from CN, Neighborhood Commercial, to C-2, Community Commercial.
