The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Thursday,
July 23, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Development Department Conference Room at 86 East 100 South (enter on south side) Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s). Work session will be held from 6:00 – 6:30 p.m. at the Community Development Office. Work sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard and no official actions will be taken on items discussed. Although the public is invited to attend all sessions, public comment is normally accepted only during the regular business session.

ITEM 2 PUBLIC HEARING – CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
(MANILA NEIGHBORHOOD)
To consider the request of Mike and Elly Kravet, for conditional use permit approval, to have and care for five (5) horses on 1.05 acres, located at 9860 (4478) North Canyon Road, in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone.
ITEM 3 PUBLIC HEARING – CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
(SCRATCH GRAVEL NEIGHBORHOOD)
To consider the request of Eric and Staci Montano, for conditional use permit approval, to have and care for up to four (4) dogs, located at 715 South 1150 East, in the R1-9 (Single-Family Residential) Zone.
ITEM 4 PUBLIC HEARING – CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
(GROVE CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD)
To consider the request of Allan and Carla Erb, for conditional use permit approval, to install a large propane tank within their backyard, on property located at 1070 Grove Creek Drive, in the R1-20 (Single-Family Residential) Zone.
ITEM 5 PUBLIC HEARING – SUBDIVISION PLAT/VACATION
To consider the request of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for preliminary plat approval of a one (1) lot subdivision proposal to be called Mayfield LDS Church Subdivision, permitting the vacation of lots 2, 4 and a partial vacation of lot #1 of Mayfield Subdivision Plat A, located approximately 2500 West 450 South, in the Grove (Mixed Use Sub-district) Zone. (SAM WHITE’S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD)
MINUTES: review and approve Minutes and Reports of Action from previous meeting(s).
NOTE: Item(s) noted on the agenda marked with an asterisk (*) require legislative action and may require a public hearing by the Pleasant Grove City Council. The hearing date will be noticed 10 days prior to the Council meeting.
