The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Opening ceremony 3. Approval of the agenda 4. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 5. Approval of disbursements 6. Citizen input 7. Shaari Lyn Young-business license 8. Review for approval the final plat for the Millicent Subdivision consisting of a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) on property at 620 North 200 East 9. Kody Maughan to discuss attorney fees associated with his subdivision 10. At 6:30 p.m. conduct the following public hearings in the order below: A. Receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment amending the land use regulation, 10-9A-3, Neighborhood Commercial zone, to allow heating and conditioning businesses, as a conditional use in said zone. B. Receive public input, consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment clarifying a conflict in the code 10-6C-3 11. Discuss the Wellsville Elementary School 12. Consider for possible awarding of a contract for Phases 2 and 3 of the Wellsville Dam Walking Trail project 13. Review for possible write-off of uncollectible fees 14. Review for possible approval an adjustment to the Fee in lieu of open space for the Sterling Ridge Subdivision in exchange for additional width of 1600 South 15. Selection of election judges 16. Department reports 17. City Manager.Recorders report
