Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City will hold three Public Hearings on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at the City Hall. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the First Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the Legislative body to consider the approval of the updated Moderate Income Housing Element The purpose of the Second Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the Legislative body to consider the approval of the C-3 2700 North Regional Commercial Zone The purpose of the Third Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the Legislative body to amend the General Plan to include the updated Moderate Income Housing Element and the C-3 2700 North Regional Commercial Zone All interested residents are invited to attend.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify Lindsay Afuvai at (801) 731-4187 at least three days prior to the hearing.
