AGENDA 1. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE UTAH DEPARTMENT OF WORKFORCE SERVICES - HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION FOR THE PAMELA ATKINSON HOMELESS TRUST FUND (PAHTF) 2. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH WINNIE PICKETT dba CLEAR HORIZON’S CLINICAL SERVICES, LLC 3. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH ALLYSON GUILBERT dba ELEMENT COUNSELING, LLC 4. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH MARY LATU dba LIVE LIFE WELL, LLC 5. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH NEW FRONTIERS FOR FAMILIES, INC. 6. APPROVE THE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF MEETING OF THE GOVERNING AUTHORITY OF THE WASATCH MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT FOR WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2013 7. APPROVE THE NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE GOVERNING AUTHORITY OF THE WASATCH MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT FOR TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2013: To be held at 750 North 200 West in Provo, Utah at 2:00 P.M. 8.
