AMENDED AGENDA BLUFFDALE CITY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AUGUST 28, 2013 Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale City Board of Adjustment will hold a public meeting Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at the Bluffdale City Building, 14175 South Redwood Road, Bluffdale, Utah. Notice is further given that access to this meeting by Board of Adjustment members may be by electronic means by telephonic conference call. The Agenda will be as follows. Please note that all times listed on the Agenda are provided as a courtesy and are approximate and subject to change. BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BUSINESS MEETING (8:00 p.m.): 1. Roll Call. 2. PUBLIC HEARING/CONSIDERATION/VOTE for a proposed variance from the side and/or rear setback and distance between buildings requirements for an accessory building as required in the R-1-43 (CRO) residential zoning district for the purposes of constructing a pool. The property is located at 15609 South Thunder Gulch Drive, Grant and Laura Campbell, applicant. 3. Motion to approve the minutes of this meeting by having the minutes prepared and e-mailed to each member of the Board of Adjustment. The Board will have ten days to review the minutes and submit any changes to the secretary. If after ten days, there are no changes the minutes will stand approved. If there are changes, the process will be followed until all changes are made and the Board is in agreement. 4. Adjournment.
