NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) Public Comment 3) Update on Low Water Conditions ~Council Member Jensen 4) Proposed Approval of Plans for the Farmers Market and Application/Information Packet for Vendors 5) Discuss and Proposed Approval of Resolution 2013-6, Business License Fees Amended to include Farmers Market 6) Discuss Council Meeting Schedule 7) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, June 5, 2013 Open Session, Wednesday, June 20, 2013 Open and Closed Sessions and Monday, July 1, 2013 Open Session 8) Discuss Employee Summer Party 9) Future Items to be Discussed 10) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 11) Closed Session 12) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
