A pre-meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Farr West City Hall. No decisions are made in the pre-meeting. The public may attend. The regular meeting will begin immediately following the pre-meeting. Further, the above agenda items are flexible and may be moved to accommodate the Planning Commission, so if you are interested in any item, plan to attend the entire meeting. Notice of time, place and agenda of the meeting was mailed to each member of the Planning Commission, posted in the City Hall, faxed to the Standard Examiner and posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website on August 2, 2013
