The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Presentation of bills for approval 7. At 6:05 Philip Rasmussen---business license 8. At 6:10 conduct a public hearing to receive public input and consider a request from Loyal Green to abandon the "Green Acre Subdivision" at 825 East Main 9. At 6:20 Colin Harrison to discuss Founders Day 10. At 6:30 consider for approval the preliminary plat for the Smith Subdivision at 111 South 450 East, containing a total of 3 lots (2 additional building lots) 11. Consider for approval the Final Plat for Phase 1 of the Sterling Ridge Subdivision on property on the West side of Center Street from approx. 1450 South 1600 South. Phase 1 contains a total of 9 lots out of the total of 36 lots in the total subdivision. 12. Continued discussion on problems associated with large organized bike rides in the city 13. Department reports 14. City Manager/Recorders report 15. Mr. & Mrs. Jeremy Howard to discuss water overage
