NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Public Hearing along with its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) 7:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public comment on the Proposed Water Projects Economic and Environmental Impacts, Service Area, Alternatives to the Project, or any other issues 3) Public Comment 4) Update on Extreme Low Water Conditions ~Council Member Jensen 5) Review Recent 4th of July Activities ~Council Member Powell 6) Review and Proposed Approval of Property Acquisition 7) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, June 5, 2013 Open Session 8) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 9) Closed Session 10) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
