NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will a City Council Meeting Monday, July 1, 2013 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 12:00 p.m. Noon. 1) Review Ordinance 2013-2 with Proposed Approval of Amendments~Adopting Certain Restrictions on the Use of Fireworks within Certain Areas of the Municipality 2) Discuss Upcoming 4th of July Celebration 3) Closed Session 4) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1)(a) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (i) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; and (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
