- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING June 23, 2009 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Council member Wilhelmsen Opening Ceremony – Council member Crowther CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a. Approval of agenda. b. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held June 9, 2009. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Discussion and/or approval of Resolution #09-10, a resolution of Harrisville City,Utah,adopting the certified tax rate, tax year 2009 – Lynn Fortie. 2. Weber Mosquito Abatement District sixty-second annual report – Merrill Harris. 3. Discussion and/or approval of final acceptance for Pheasant Farm Subdivision – Howard Kent. 4. Discussion and/or approval for preliminary and final on the amended Wayne Taylor Subdivision – Wayne Taylor/Steve Mecham. 5. Discussion and/or approval of Resolution #09-09, a resolution of Harrisville City, Utah, increasing fees for residential solid waste collection and disposal, and providing an effective date – Bill Morris. 6. Update on Heritage Days 2009 – Council member Wilhelmsen. 7. Discussion and/or approval on appointment for alternate land use appeal authority – Mayor Hendrix. 8. Mayor Pro-tem assignment – Mayor Hendrix. 9. Planning commission report. 10.Public Comments. 11.Mayor/Council Follow-up. Adjournment
