APPOINTMENTS: 2.1 Art Councilmember?s: Linda Pendleton Smith and Leigh Anne Duff. 3. PLAT APPROVALS: 3.1 Bowles Subdivision - 2 lot sub, address is 12665 South 6000 West. 4. DISCUSSIONS /ACTION MATTERS: 4.1 Discussions and consideration of Ordinance No. 09- 18 ?An ordinance of Herriman City Council banning the use of fireworks and any open flames fires within certain designated areas in Herriman City?. 4.2 Discussions and consideration of Resolution No. 09.17 ?A resolution of the City Council approving the consolidation of polling locations plans?. 4.3 Discussions and consideration of Resolution No. 09.16 ?A resolution of the City Council (the ?City Council?) of Herriman City, Utah (The ?City?), designation a voluntary assessment area for the purpose of levying assessments against properties within the voluntary assessment area to finance the construction and installation of new roads, culinary and secondary water improvements, sewer and storm drainage improvements, parks and trails improvement and related improvements, and to complete said improvements in a proper and workmanlike manner; and related matters?. *4.4 Discussions and consideration of Ordinance No. 09-19 ?An ordinance adopting temporary zoning regulations restricting check cashing businesses in Herriman?. *4.5 Discussions and consideration of Ordinance No. 09-20 ?An ordinance adopting the certified tax rate?. 5.
