The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Wes Wright--discuss extending sewer line 9. Beginning at 6:30 p.m. conduct the following 7 public hearings in the order below: 1. Receive public input, then consider for adoption a code amendment annexing 2.45 acres owned by Millicent Parkinson at 620 North 200 East. 2. Receive public input on the adoption of a resolution opening all of the City 2012/2013 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustments to balance the budgets. 3. Receive public input on the adoption of a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits for City employees for 2013/2014 4. Receive public input on the adoption of a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2013/2014. 5. Receive public input on the adoption of a resolution adopting the 2013/2014 certified tax rate. 6. Receive public input on the adoption of a resolution adopting the 2013/2014 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund, and Stormwater Fund. 7. Receive public input for the possible adoption of a resolution which sets the dollar value for the "Fee in Lieu of Water"; Dedication Transfer upon development and/or subdividing for 2013/2014. 10.
