Hooper, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2013. Work session starts at 6:30 p.m. THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. CALL TO ORDER Pledge of Allegiance & Reverence 2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 3. PRESENTATION FOR THE LIBRARY BOND ELECTION FROM LYNN TAYLOR THE CHIEFT DEPUTY OF THE WEBER COUNTY CLERK AND AUDITORS OFFICE 4. NEW BUSINESS A. Cory and Token Criddle request to vacate the10-foot easement on the west and south property lines of their lot at 5693 W. 5725 S. (Hooper Haven lot 13) B. Interlocal Agreement between Hooper City and Clinton City for the 4300 West Project. C. Discussion about changing the zoning on the Roy City property at approximately 5800 South 4300 West. D. Council approval to make an offer to purchase property. E. Roads Agreement with Weber County 5.
