- HARRISVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Harrisville City Planning Commission will hold public hearings at their meeting on June 12, 2013, 7:00 p.m., at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Boulevard, for the purpose of receiving comment concerning: (1) an application to amend the Harrisville City Land Use Zoning Map from RE-15 to CP-2 for property located at 504 North Wall Avenue (Parcel #110380020) in compliance with the General Plan Future Land Use Map for the purpose of establishing general commercial, (2) a proposed re application of Wildflower Subdivision Phase five, (3) Plat amendment to Wildflower Subdivision Phase 4 to adjust the south boundary line, (4) proposed preliminary approval recommendation of Plushnest Subdivision Development, 15.47 acres located east of Summer Farms Subdivision. They will also consider recommending an ordinance repealing and re-enacting Chapter 11.01 of the Land Use Ordinance adding and amending definitions and making technical changes; and review the site plan to condominiumize existing commercial structures at 1589 N. 750 W..
