Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold a Joint Meeting with Pleasant View City at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at the Pleasant View City Hall, 520 West Elberta Drive, Pleasant View, UT 84414 Joint Farr West & Pleasant View Regional Commercial Development Zone Located on 2700 North between I-15 and Rulon White Blvd. AGENDA Discussion to cover the following subjects at a minimum. 1. Results of UDOT Traffic Study and future traffic flow options on 2700 North 2. General Plan and Zoning consistency between the 2 communities 3. Planning and Zoning procedural changes required to address potential development that crosses city boundaries 4. Infrastructure development - Costs, cost sharing between the cities, inter local agreement with UDOT, etc 5. Potential retail development and revenue sharing 6. Marketing – Do the cities take an active role in marketing the area to facilitate the desired outcome 7. Trails and other amenities that may help attract business
