- NOTICE OF A REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 28th day of May 2013. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Gibson B. Pledge of Allegiance – Briana Spencer C. Thought of the Day - Commissioner Gibson D. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of Purchase Orders in the amount of $107,209.10. 2. Request for approval of Warrants #298013- #298269 in the amount of $3,046,543.22. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on May 21, 2013. 4. Request from the Weber County Tax Review for approval of the recommendations on the following: LSN 07-380-0001 Robert Lemberes LSN 05-130-0040 Robert P. Clark LSN 05-115-0031 Val V. Haws E. Action 1. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and the State of Utah – Administrative Office of Courts for District Court and Bailiff Services. Presenter: Reed Richards 2. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and PropertyRoom.com for the Weber County Sheriff’s Office on-line auction service. Presenter: Candy Follum 3. Request from the Weber County Sheriff’s Office for approval to place several items that are clear of any evidentiary or found requirements on the PropertyRoom.com site. Presenter: Candy Follum 4. Request for approval to create a study committee for the purpose of identifying property and/or facilities for shooting ranges/facilities for public use and/or law enforcement training. Presenter: Commissioner Gibson F. Assign Pledge of Allegiance and Thought of the Day for Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. G. Public Comments H.
