Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 Notice of Regular Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a Public Hearing along with their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at Gunnison City Hall, 38 west Center, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. 7:00 -7:30 p.m. Public Hearing-A Proposed Change in Zoning at Approximately 396 South Main - 424 South Main to Commercial Zoning 2. Read and approve minutes. 3. Request for a business license: Jordan Stewart is requesting a business license at 130 north 100 east. The business name is Edge Athletics. 4. Recommended Amendments to Chapter 1 of the Gunnison City Zoning Ordinance-A Land Use Ordinance, Recommendation to Refer to the Gunnison City Council to hold a Public Hearing and Proposed Approval 5. Recommended Amendments to Chapter 19, Sign Standards, of the Gunnison City Zoning Ordinance -A Land Use Ordinance, Recommendation to Refer to the Gunnison City Council to hold a Public Hearing and Proposed Approval 6.
