Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City will hold two Public Hearings on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at the City Hall. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the first Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to consider the request for Conditional Use permit for WISCO, Inc. located at 2214 North 2000 West The purpose of the second Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to Amend the Subdivision Standard Ordinance to address Half Cul-de-sacs and Knuckles All interested residents are invited to attend.
