Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, May 23, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening and approval of minutes of the May 9, 2013 meeting.
2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation B:
a. Hair salon at 960 East 400 South – Jennae Jensen.
b. Preschool at 1769 South Sunset Drive – Kimberly Pedersen.
3. Conditional use permit for farm animals at 749 West Chelsie Drive – Marlon Borup.
4. Conditional use permit for farm animals at 767 West Chelsie Drive – Jacki Davis.
5. Public hearing and request to rezone 0.29 acre of property at 1077 South Roueche Lane from A-1 (Light Agriculture) to R-A (Agricultural Residential) – Scott Hirschi.
6. Final plat approval for Rons Ranchette Subdivision Phase 2 at approximately 1000 South Angel Street – Ron Stephens
7. Final plat approval for Kaysville Sunset Equestrian Estates Plat 10C at approximately 1150 South Foxtrotter Court – Paul Belnap.
8. Final plat approval for North Fork Estate Subdivision at approximately 100 North Flint Street – Symphony Homes.
9. Amendment of Title 17 Planning and Zoning, Title 18 Building Regulations and Title 19 Subdivisions of the revised ordinances of Kaysville City to conform the provisions to State Law and make technical corrections.
