NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Work Meeting along with its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center. The Work Meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. with the Council Meeting to follow at 8:00 p.m. Work Meeting 1) Discuss and Review 2013-2014 Proposed Budget 2) Discuss Proposed Fee to be Assessed for Storm Drain System City Council 1) 8:00 p.m. Invocation 2) Public Comment 3) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2013-2, Establishing a Storm Drain System Fee 4) Discuss and Proposed Approval of Part-time Summer Maintenance Position(s) 5) Discuss and Proposed Approval of Part-time Lifeguards ~Council Member Judy 6) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2013-3, Establishing the 2013 Municipal Voting Precincts and Polling Places for Gunnison, Utah 7) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 8) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, May 1, 2013 Open and Closed Sessions 9) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 10) Closed Session 11) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
