The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Corey Christensen--business license 9. Jon Leishman-discuss digging thru road for sewer service line in as much as the road is being rebuilt this summer 10. Review for possible approval a proposed agreement and the Preliminary Plat for the Kody Maughan Subdivision, consisting of a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) on property at 396 East 200 South 11. Council will hear and consider the appeal of Gary Hansen regarding the Planning Commission's decision on April 24, 2013 relating to his request for a conditional use to allow 52 townhomes at 169 East 300 North. Council may or may not take action at this meeting. 12. Discuss for possible decision on a request that active military members receive a discount on their utility bills 13. Continued discussion regarding the Wellsville Elementary School, and a tour of the facility 14. Review for a possible decision on damage that was done in January when the City water mainline broke at 75 East Main 15. Department reports 16. City Manager/Recorders report
