G. LAND USE ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT (Public Hearing)
1. Utah Co. Planning Commission - Proposed Land Use Ordinance text amendment to add Section 2-2-b-17.5, Definition of County Engineer, and Section 2-2-b-103, Definition of Zoning Administrator; and amend sections of the Utah County Land Use Ordinance to replace variations of the term “Community Development Director” with the term “Zoning Administrator” and to replace variations of the term “Public Works Director” with the term “County Engineer”
2. Utah County Commission - Proposed Land Use Ordinance text amendment to add new Sections 6-2-D-9, 6-3-D-8, 6-4-D-9, 6-5-D-8-c , and 6-6-D-5 to require trail dedication for large scale developments, and re-numbering of applicable sections
