PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Chahine Special Exception GLWD-16, Glenwild Lot 16 Ken Chahine, applicant Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on a Special Exception for Lot 16 in the Glenwild development, located at 1407 Snowberry Court, to allow a modification to the building envelope. The public hearing will be held: Wednesday, May 15, 2013, 6:00PM Sheldon Richins Building, upstairs auditorium 1885 W Ute Blvd (formerly 6505 North Landmark Dr.), Park City, Utah 84098 The Glenwild Development was approved through a Specially Planned Area and Development Agreement process. As part of the Development Agreement, Lot 16 contained a specific building envelope. The Development Agreement has since expired and cannot be amended. The special exception request is to allow the home to be constructed a maximum of approximately sixteen feet (16’) outside the approved building envelope.
