New Business 10.1 Consider a Resolution approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Murray City, West Valley City, South Salt Lake City, South Jordan City, Sandy City, West Jordan City, Midvale City and Bluffdale City continuing the City’s participation in the Metro Fire Agency. WE WOULD APPRECIATE NOTIFICATION TWO WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING. TDD NUMBER IS 264-2506. Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions. On Friday, June 5, 2009, at 9:00 a.m., a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the Murray City Center, Murray, Utah. Copies of this notice were provided for the news media in the Office of the City Recorder and also sent to them by facsimile copy. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
Special accommodations for the hearing or visually impaired will be made upon a request to the Office of the Murray City Recorder, 801-264-2660. The City would appreciate notification two working days prior to the meeting. TDD number is 801-264-2506.

Council members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a council member does participate via telephonic communication, the council member wil be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other council members and all other persons present in the council chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
Other Information
The Council meets the first, third and fourth Tuesday of each month. An annual meeting schedule is adopted and published in a newspaper of general circulation at the beginning of the year. Meeting agendas are also published on the City's website, as are approved minutes of meetings. If you have questions, please call the Council Office weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 264-2603.
